OpenTools aims to be usable by everyone. The calculators are built to be perceivable, operable, and understandable, with content that remains useful without color.

• All interactive controls are keyboard-accessible with a visible focus indicator.
• Explanatory diagrams include a text alternative describing what they show.
• Pages are designed mobile-first and rely on clear labels rather than color alone.
• Calculations update without requiring a mouse click to submit.
